Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal pastries and cakes, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or store credit.
Return Process

Email our team at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the items.
- 2.Assessment Process
Our pastry chefs will review your claim to ensure it meets our quality guarantee standards and verify any transit-related issues.
- 3.Return Authorization
If an exchange is required, we will provide you with a return authorization code and instructions for returning the product to our Haberfield or Five Dock locations.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will process your replacement order for immediate pickup or issue a credit note to your account within 3-5 business days.
